He graduated from Tartu State University in 1992 with a degree “Medicine”, Cherkassy Pedagogical Institute in 1983 on specialty “physical education”, in 2010 gaining a Master’s degree education in the specialty “medical psychology”.

Research work:
Since 2004, a candidate of medical sciences. Provides sustained scientific research on “diagnostic approaches and therapeutic tactics in patients with apallic syndrome.” Published 10 research papers on the topic of the dissertation. Author of two patents in the field of neurorehabilitation and neuropsychiatry and two textbooks on angioneurology.
